Job Summary:
As a Data Processor, your main role will be to accurately enter, review, and maintain patient and laboratory data within the systems at Inspire Diagnostics. This position plays a crucial part in supporting daily clinical operations by ensuring that test results, patient information, and reporting data are processed swiftly and accurately, all while adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify patient and test data at onsite testing or diagnostic locations.
- Enter and update information into company databases and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular quality checks.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining both digital and physical records.
- Work closely with lab technicians and clinical staff to confirm and reconcile test information.
- Generate daily or weekly data reports as assigned by the Data Operations Lead or Site Supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company privacy standards.
- Provide administrative support for onsite data operations, including document scanning and record uploads.
- Identify and report any data discrepancies or system issues to the management team.
Requirements:
- You’ll need a high school diploma or equivalent, but if you have an Associate’s degree in data management, computer science, healthcare administration, or something similar, that’s a big plus!
- We’re looking for someone with solid experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative support, especially in a healthcare setting.
- You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office (think Excel and Word) and familiar with database systems.
- Attention to detail is key, along with accuracy and strong organizational skills.
- It’s important that you can handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality.
- We value excellent communication and teamwork skills, so being a good collaborator is a must.
-You should also be ready to thrive in a fast-paced onsite environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- If you have prior experience with laboratory or healthcare data systems like LIS, EHR, or EMR, that would be fantastic!
-Knowledge of HIPAA and how to handle healthcare data is a definite advantage.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills for data or connectivity issues will also come in handy.
Work Environment:
- This is an onsite role at testing centers, clinics, or mobile health locations.
- Be prepared for long periods of sitting or standing while you enter data.
- You’ll be collaborating with both clinical and administrative teams in a structured environment.
