Role Overview 

• We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our growing team at Interbiz Consulting, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• The ideal candidate will lead project planning and execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to successfully manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage and coordinate multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Work closely with engineering, product, QA, and client teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assign tasks to team members and track project progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate project planning, sprint tracking, and delivery coordination for Agile teams when applicable.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to maximize team productivity.
• Continuously evaluate workflows and improve project management processes to increase efficiency. 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience managing technical or software development projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and software development processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with .NET-based projects or environments will be considered a plus.
