We are looking for a dedicated Academic Counselor to join IPCS Global's sales department in Chennai. As an Academic Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students towards making informed decisions about their academic and career goals. This position is vital to our organization as you will be responsible for providing valuable insights and support to students, helping them navigate through various educational opportunities and programs. You will be involved in projects that focus on student success, academic planning, and career development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide academic guidance and counseling to students on educational programs and career pathways.
• Assist students in setting academic goals and developing personalized plans for achieving them.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to understand their interests, strengths, and challenges.
• Offer information on admission requirements, course offerings, and academic policies.
• Organize and participate in educational fairs, workshops, and seminars to promote academic programs.
• Collaborate with academic departments to stay updated on curriculum changes and program requirements.
• Track and monitor student progress, providing necessary interventions and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of student interactions and counseling sessions.
