We are looking for a talented Senior People and Culture professional to join iSchool, a leading E-Learning company. As a Senior People and Culture specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's culture, fostering employee engagement, and driving organizational success. You will be involved in a variety of strategic HR initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent in the dynamic field of E-Learning.

As a key member of the iSchool team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing HR programs that align with the company's goals and values. Your contributions will directly impact employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall business performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative projects in a fast-paced environment, making a difference in the lives of both employees and learners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support iSchool's business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Conduct regular assessments of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR-related matters.
  • Participate in strategic workforce planning to meet current and future business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in the E-Learning industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent management, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
