About the Role

We're looking for a hunter-mentality Revenue Growth Manager who can actively prospect, pitch, and close new business. You'll be responsible for bringing in new projects and clients by leveraging both digital marketing knowledge and strong sales instincts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, approach, and close new business opportunities and projects
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns
  • Pitch company services confidently to decision-makers and convert leads into long-term clients
  • Use digital marketing channels (SEO, paid ads, email campaigns) to generate and qualify inbound leads
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and project acquisition targets
  • Negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing with new clients
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM and report progress to leadership

Requirements

  • 3–6 years in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Proven track record of bringing in new clients or projects independently
  • Good understanding of digital marketing — enough to speak the client's language and run lead gen campaigns
  • Strong cold outreach, pitching, and closing skills
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
