Are you an SEO professional who leads from the front, owns client relationships, and drives real organic results?

We're growing and we need an SEO Team Lead who's ready to take complete ownership — of a team, of strategies, and of client success.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and mentoring a team of SEO executives and content writers
• Building and executing SEO strategies across domestic and international client accounts
• Managing end-to-end client communication — onboarding, reporting, reviews, and retention
• Preparing and presenting detailed monthly performance reports
• Conducting technical audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis
• Tracking rankings, traffic, and ROI across all accounts
• Keeping the team updated on Google algorithm changes and industry trends

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of SEO experience with 1–2 years in a lead or senior role
• Must have managed a team of 3 or more people
• Strong client-handling experience — domestic & international both
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken + written)
• Hands-on with SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
• Analytical thinker who can turn data into strategy
