Service Delivery Executive (Business Development)

Location: Parel, Mumbai

Work from office: Monday - Saturday

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide new customers through the financing application process with clarity and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Achieve assigned monthly targets by driving conversions.
  • Maintain a minimum application-to-disbursal conversion rate as defined by the team.

 

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or fintech preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
