Service Delivery Executive (Business Development)
Location: Parel, Mumbai
Work from office: Monday - Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide new customers through the financing application process with clarity and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets by driving conversions.
- Maintain a minimum application-to-disbursal conversion rate as defined by the team.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or fintech preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
