Role Overview
We’re seeking a passionate sales professional to serve as the voice of our brand—handling inbound inquiries, consulting with guests, and converting interest into booked appointments, memberships, and retail sales.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound calls, texts, and online booking inquiries

Consult with guests to match them with the right stylist level and services

Sell membership programs, pre-paid packages, and special event bookings

Re-engage lapsed clients with personalized outreach

Maintain accurate guest notes in salon booking software

Collaborate with location managers on stylist availability and promotions

Meet KPIs for appointments, memberships, and retail add-on sales

Qualifications:

2+ years in salon/hospitality sales or front desk coordination

Familiarity with salon services and professional product lines

Strong consultative selling skills

Tech-savvy with CRM and booking platforms

Self-motivated with a reliable home office setup
