We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, update, and maintain data across company databases and systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of information while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and management systems.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before data entry.
  • Review, correct, and reconcile data discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
  • Generate reports and retrieve information as requested by management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to obtain and verify required data.
  • Meet productivity and accuracy targets while adhering to deadlines.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of data entry, administrative, or clerical experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong typing and keyboarding skills with high accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
