Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive / Online Bidder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, primarily through online platforms like Upwork, and driving sales growth in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WordPress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate sales leads on various freelance and business platforms, with a strong focus on Upwork.
- Actively bid and follow up on relevant online projects to secure new business.
- Generate and nurture business opportunities specifically in Shopify and WordPress ecosystems.
- Understand and analyze client business requirements to propose tailored solutions.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Adapt to flexible working hours/shifts as per business needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and business development targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in online bidding and generating sales, especially on Upwork or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of business generation in Shopify and WordPress environments is mandatory.
- Ability to understand and interpret business needs accurately.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts as required.
