🎯 Responsibilities

 

🔹 Sales & Lead Generation

• Identify & reach out to potential clients (weddings, bars, schools, corporate events).

• Pitch and sell DJ & Photo Booth packages to event planners, business owners, and venues.

• Generate leads through networking, cold messaging, and social media outreach.

• Attend local events & expos to promote JJ Entertainment.

 

🔹 Client Relationship Management

• Follow up with leads and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Work closely with the team to analyze marketing efforts & optimize strategies.

• Ensure seamless communication between clients and the event operations team.

 

🔹 Business Growth & Brand Awareness

• Help develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.

• Manage social media engagement to attract potential clients.

• Stay updated on trends in the event industry to improve sales strategies.

 

✅ Qualifications

 

Must be confident talking to people & closing deals.

✔ Outgoing, strong communicator, and self-motivated.

✔ Background in sales, marketing, event planning, or customer service is a plus.

Experience in nightlife, weddings, or corporate events is preferred but not required.

✔ Must be reliable & professional – commit to meetings & follow-ups.

✔ Basic experience with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok marketing (preferred but not required).

No experience? No problem! We provide training for the right candidate.

 

100% commission-based – unlimited earning potential.

Earn 25% on all sales under $1,500.

Earn 30% on sales over $2,000.
