Job Description – Sales Manager (Field Role)

Position: Sales Manager (Male Candidates Only)

Location: Katwawada, Gujarat

Work Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Responsibilities

- Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve company targets.

- Conduct field visits to meet clients, understand their requirements, and build strong relationships.

- Generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects.

- Present products/services effectively to potential customers.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Requirements

- Male candidates only.

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus).

- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
