Responsibilities

  • Prepare necessary documents for such as memorandum, job posting or business letters.
  • Build up relations with suppliers, schools and other business partners.
  • Process papers and comply with government requirements.
  • Maintain employees 201 files.
  • Host events/activities for employees.
  • Assist in recruitment such as representing company in job fair or interviewing applicants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business & Operations Management or any related field.
  • Communicates and works effectively in English (oral and written form)
  • Well-organized and strict with implementing the rules
  • Independent and Detail-Oriented
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Outgoing person and highly sociable
  • Efficient and can do things in a timely fashion
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Office and Google Suites
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
  • Full-Time position available
