Responsibilities
- Sourcing potential candidates from various channels online and offline.
- Make necessary documents for recruitment.
- Build up relations with schools and partners
- Crafting and updating job descriptions.
- Writing recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen, Schedule and Interview applicants.
- Represent the company in job fairs and other recruiting events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business & Operations Management or any related field.
- Communicates and works effectively in English (oral and written form)
- Well-organized and strict with implementing the rules
- Independent and Detail-Oriented
- Strong problem solving skills
- Outgoing person and highly sociable
- Efficient and can do things in a timely fashion
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City (Staff house provided)
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
- At least one (1) year of related experience is an advantage.
