Job Summary
The Proposal Manager / Bidding Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of our organization by overseeing the proposal development process. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in business development and project management. The Proposal Manager will lead cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals that align with our business objectives and enhance our competitive edge in the market. This is a commission based only position with a guaranteed competitive salary as full time position after a 2 month performance evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the proposal development process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
- Able to place bids on the behalf of the company, going out door to door to businesses representing the business and its services, assign leads to sales representatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and insights for proposal content.
- Conduct strategic planning to identify key opportunities and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Supervise and mentor team members involved in proposal preparation, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Analyze profit loss scenarios related to proposals and make recommendations for improvement.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of proposal development workflows.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of proposal templates, past submissions, and best practices for future reference.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure proposals address their requirements effectively.

Compensation Package: Every bids meet and received is up to $3,000.00 to $20,000.00 per Bidding you made with the company. This is uncapped commission which you are able to exceed the amount you take home depends on the company you bring in and close deals.
