Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform regression testing and functional testing
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability
• Assist in the development of quality assurance processes and methodologies
• Conduct performance and load testing as needed
• Provide feedback to enhance product usability and functionality

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience with automated testing tools is a plus
