Job Description – HR Admin
Position Title- HR Admin Executive
Location- Wadala (Mumbai)


Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Admin Executive to manage daily HR and administrative operations. The candidate will be responsible for employee documentation,attendance management, recruitment coordination, onboarding, payroll support, office administration, and maintaining HR records. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.


Key Responsibilities


● Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
● Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
● Coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and candidate communication.
● Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
● Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave records.
● Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events.
● Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures,

Administrative Responsibilities

● Manage office administration and vendor coordination.
● Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory records.
● Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting schedules when required.
● Ensure proper filing and documentation of company records.
● Support management with administrative tasks and reports.


Required Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● 1–2 years of experience in HR/Admin role.
● Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
● Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
● Good verbal and written communication skills.
