What You'll Do

• Connect with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
• Walk them through our inspection and estimate process
• Guide them through insurance restoration projects
• Follow up, close deals, and manage your pipeline
• Advance into closing and team leadership roles as you grow

What You Can Earn

• New Reps: $70,000–$100,000 your first year
• Experienced Reps: $150,000–$200,000+
• Sales Leaders: Performance-based overrides and team commissions
