Key Responsibilities:
- Design effective training modules and deliver for front-line retail staff, including pharmacists and customer service executives.
- Conduct induction programs for new hires, covering company values, SOPs, retail processes, and customer service standards.
- Facilitate ongoing training sessions on soft skills, behavioral competencies, and conflict resolution.
- Provide targeted coaching and mentoring to improve customer handling, upselling techniques, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations to identify skill gaps and develop training plans accordingly.
- Ensure consistency in training delivery across multiple locations, adhering to quality and compliance standards.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and on-the-job performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends in pharma retail and recommend enhancements to training content accordingly.
- Partner with the Quality and Compliance teams to ensure staff adheres to healthcare and retail regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree related field with relevant certification in Training & Development is a plus.
- At least 4–6 years of experience in a training role, preferably in retail, FMCG background.
Certification in soft skills or behavioral training is advantageous.
