Seeking an HR Coordinator to cover a transition period of approximately two months. They will be managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, in addition to processing routine employee changes and maintaining critical HR data integrity.

  • Type: 2 months+ Contract
  • (2 days in office / 3 days’ work from home)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full-cycle recruitment support, encompassing job posting, candidate tracking, and successful onboarding of new hires.
  • Process employee terminations and status changes accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain strict HR data integrity and confidentiality across all systems and records.
  • Contribute to various HR projects and internal communications as needed.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and job descriptions in accordance with internal standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems such as NEOGOV.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana (or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with Deltek Vision or other financial management systems (a plus).
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
