Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Lead HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR leadership and support across multiple locations. They will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving key initiatives in employee engagement, talent management, change management, and organizational development. They must have strong business acumen and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to leadership across 50+ multi-unit locations.
- Lead HR initiatives supporting core areas including employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Partner with management to successfully execute organizational changes, enhance company culture, and drive employee development.
- Ensure strict compliance with all state and federal employment laws and current HR best practices.
- Support and guide local HR teams in the effective implementation of corporate HR policies and strategies.
- Implement and manage talent mapping, succession planning, and retention programs (Implied).
- Lead and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the supported units (Implied).
- Utilize data and metrics to diagnose organizational health and recommend strategic interventions (Implied).
- Travel up to 50% as needed to provide direct support to multiple business units.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-unit or regional HR support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal HR laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in relationship building, change management, and influencing senior leadership.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Experience in Retail or Automotive HR environments. (Preferred)
- SHRM or HRCI Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR).(Preferred)
- Experience in a Union environment.(Preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).(Preferred)
