Overview

SPARK Indiana (Training Center) is part of LinQ Global Group’s nationwide initiative focused on strengthening the American workforce through practical training, upskilling, and mentorship. 

The Office Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations across the SPARK Training Center. This position supports instructors, program staff, and participants by managing administrative tasks, overseeing facility logistics, and creating an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment.

  • Type: Long term contract (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure the training center runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain office supplies, inventory, and procurement of materials needed for classes, meetings, and center operations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries, vendor coordination, and general administrative support.
  • Support onboarding logistics for training participants, including paperwork, scheduling, and distribution of training materials.
  • Assist trainers and program staff with room setup, equipment needs, and preparation for training sessions.
  • Monitor the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all office and training spaces.
  • Maintain accurate records, including attendance logs, supply inventories, purchase receipts, and maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and service calls to ensure a safe and functional environment.
  • Provide comprehensive support for meetings, events, community outreach activities, and other center initiatives.
  • Assist leadership with additional administrative projects as needed to support overall center operations.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in office coordination, administrative support, or operations.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Administration, Office Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic office equipment.
