Meet Luro Health

Luro Health is a mission-driven telehealth organization committed to improving health outcomes for Medicare and Medicaid patients through evidence-informed, multidisciplinary care. We partner with safety-net providers to expand access, reduce friction in care delivery, and deliver measurable outcomes for underserved communities.

As an early stage but rapidly growing health tech start-up, we are building a world-class team that combines clinical rigor, operational excellence, and practical technology to scale high-quality care nationally.

How You’ll Contribute

Luro Health is scaling clinic partnerships across multiple states to expand access to high-quality, value-based obesity care for underserved populations. The Implementation Lead owns the clinical implementation strategy and execution that brings Luro into partner FQHC/CHC sites. You will design clinical workflows, lead staff training and change management, coordinate EHR integrations, manage site readiness, develop patient engagement strategies, and drive go-live execution across 5 to 10 active clinic implementations.

You report to the Chief Operating Officer and partner closely with Medical Leadership and Clinical Operations, translating strategic priorities and clinical protocols into site-level operational reality. This is a hands-on role where you own the bridge between Luro clinical standards and partner clinic execution, ensuring consistent, high-quality launches that set sites up for long-term success.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement scalable clinical workflows tailored to partner clinic environments
  • Lead site readiness assessments, implementation planning, and launch execution
  • Deliver staff training and drive change management to ensure adoption
  • Coordinate EHR configuration and operational testing with Product and Engineering
  • Partner closely with clinic leadership as the primary implementation contact
  • Monitor launch performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement
  • Build standardized playbooks, templates, and documentation to support scale

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of healthcare operations, clinic management, or program implementation experience
  • Our ideal candidate resides in NY, NJ, or PA to support close collaboration with our team
  • Proven success implementing new clinical programs or workflows
  • Strong project management and change management skills
  • Experience working with EHRs and healthcare IT workflows
  • Excellent communicator comfortable working with clinic staff and executives
  • Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to partner sites

Preferred Experience:
Experience with FQHCs or Medicaid-focused clinics, telehealth programs, startup or high-growth healthcare environments, or EHR implementations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: Competitive salary ($80,000-$100,000), commensurate with experience
  • Equity: Stock option grants for long-term shared success
  • Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage; wellness and professional development stipends
  • Work Environment: Remote-first, with occasional travel o partner clinic sites for training, launches, and stakeholder engagement

Why Join Us

  • Mission Impact: Help scale high-quality care for underserved communities and improve outcomes where it matters most
  • Ownership: Build the operating system for multi-site clinic launches and sustained performance
  • High Growth: Join a rapidly scaling organization expanding partnerships nationally
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Medical Leadership, Product, and Operations to translate strategy into execution
