About the role
We are seeking an experienced Head of People to build and lead the HR function at Luro Health. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will shape our people strategy, establish systems and processes to scale through cycles of growth, and cultivate a high-performance, values-driven culture. The ideal candidate has successfully performed in fast-paced, high-growth environments, understands healthcare and technology workforce needs, and can balance compliance with creativity to support rapid growth.
What you’ll do
The Head of People designs and executes a multi-state people strategy aligned to Luro Health’s mission, leading org design, workforce planning, and a high-velocity recruiting engine for clinical, technical, and operational roles. They own onboarding, provider licensure and credentialing, training, payroll, compensation and benefits including open enrollment and vendor management, and clear employee communications. They foster an inclusive, mission-driven culture with engagement, career pathways, and leadership development; ensure compliance and sound policies across jurisdictions including ethics and compliance; and drive operational excellence via HRIS, ATS, performance systems, analytics, board-level reporting, and discreet, fair employee relations.
