Machem Capital LLC is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR department in a part-time remote capacity. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. You will assist in various HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and help streamline HR processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding and orientation sessions
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
  • Help organize training and development programs for employees
  • Participate in HR projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience with HR software is a plus
