Role Overview:
MagicalXR is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Specialist to lead prospect discovery, outreach, follow-ups, and deal closures. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to independently manage the sales pipeline, and comfort using modern digital and AI tools. The role is remote, however the candidate must be based in Bangalore to attend in-person meetings when required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential clients using online platforms, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other digital channels.
• Generate qualified leads and build a consistent sales pipeline for MagicalXR’s AR solutions.
• Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and calls to schedule discovery and sales meetings.
• Understand client business needs and effectively pitch MagicalXR’s AR offerings.
• Prepare customized presentations, proposals, and pitch decks tailored to prospective clients.
• Schedule, manage, and follow up on meetings to drive deals toward closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deal progress using CRM tools or internal tracking systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover post-closure.
• Visit prospective clients in Bangalore when required to support deal closure.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn for prospecting, outreach, and relationship building.
• Ability to use AI tools for lead research, content drafting, follow-ups, and sales productivity.
• Experience in preparing professional presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Strong follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management.
• Must be based in Bangalore and willing to attend in-person meetings when required.
Compensation:
• Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month
• Sales Commission: Commission applicable from the second successful deal closure onwards (structure to be shared during discussion).
• No PF, ESI, or other statutory benefits.
Who Should Apply:
