Responsibilities
- Brew, CIP, and maintain brewing systems (30 bbl, 3 bbl, 10 gal)
- CIP fermentation and brite tanks
- Operate and maintain centrifuge
- Operate and maintain CIP skid
- Perform daily measurements and sensory analysis of product in process, and make process decisions to ensure quality
- Perform fermentation additions including dry hops, fruit, finings, etc.
- Carbonate brite beer to spec
- Krausen beer from fermentation vessels
- Rack product in and out of oak barrels
- Keg pilot batches
- Log production activities on brew sheets and in brewery management software
- Maintain a clean production area
- Drive and operate forklift and scissor lift
- Participate in product development meetings, sensory panels, and product description meetings
Schedule Rotation
- Morning shift (A) 7am-3pm
- Morning shift (B) 6am-3pm
- Afternoon shift (A) 12pm-8pm
- Afternoon shift (B) 3pm-11:30pm
- Rotating weekend duties- approximately 2 hours; biweekly

Experience
- 2+ years professional brewing experience required
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to beer production
