Description

We are seeking an experienced and loyal General Manager to join Manhattan Project Beer Company. As the Front of House Manager at Manhattan Project Beer Co, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth through exceptional service. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering world class hospitality in a dynamic and fun environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Tasting Room, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
  • Train, supervise, and schedule front of house staff to maintain optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Tasting Room and bar area.
  • Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Prior managment experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of beverage operations and familiarity with craft beer is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Toast POS systems, ability to write and answer emails professionally and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on providing a memorable guest experience.
