Manhattan Project Beer Co is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes that pair perfectly with our craft beers. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with our culinary team, and uphold our commitment to exceptional food and guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during high-volume shifts.
- Assist in prepping ingredients, portioning, and stocking supplies.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal menu updates and specials.
Requirements:
- Food Safety Certification required
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
