ROLE DESCRIPTION
The (Sr) Account Manager / Associate / Executive – SEO & Paid Media is responsible for end-to-end performance ownership across SEO and paid media channels for assigned clients.
This role combines strategy, hands-on execution, optimisation, and client communication, acting as the primary SPOC for all performance conversations. This role owns the entire performance funnel — from traffic acquisition to lead quality and conversions — and works across SEO, paid media, content, creatives, landing pages, and tracking to drive measurable results.
The role is execution-heavy, highly analytical, and accountable for why performance works or fails, not just what was executed. The role manages 3–4 brands simultaneously, handles mixed budgets, and is accountable for ROI predictability, lead quality, and optimisation speed within a POD-based structure.

DELIVERABLES
Performance & Funnel Ownership
- Own SEO and paid media performance across assigned accounts
- Manage traffic → conversion → lead quality outcomes
- Track and optimise CPL, CPA, ROAS, rankings, and conversion rates
SEO Responsibilities
- SEO strategies, audits, and optimisation plans
- Keyword research and intent mapping
- On-page and technical SEO coordination and fixes
- Content SEO direction (with content team)
- SEO audits, fixes, and performance reporting
- Local SEO where applicable
Paid Media Responsibilities
- Paid media campaign structures and optimisations
- Google Search, Display, YouTube
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads (where relevant)
- Budget planning, pacing, and optimisation
- Creative and copy feedback for ads
- Conversion tracking coordination (pixels, events, GA, GTM)
- Performance reports and insights
- ROI and lead quality analysis

- Monitor SEO and paid media performance across platforms
- Optimise campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality
- Coordinate with teams on creatives, landing pages, and tracking
- Respond to client queries related to performance

WEEKLY
- Review keyword rankings, traffic, and conversion trends
- Optimise budgets, bids, audiences, and creatives
- Align with designers and content teams on performance feedback
- Push back on unrealistic targets with data-backed reasoning

MONTHLY
- Build performance strategies and scaling plans
- Prepare and present performance reports (with analyst support if available)
- Review ROI, lead quality, and channel-wise contribution
