We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - Direct to join our team in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a direct sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and reporting methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
