MatchingDonors.com is hiring an experienced, entrepreneurial Advertising Sales Representative to grow advertising and sponsorship revenue across our expanding family of mission-driven digital media properties. You will sell a broad portfolio of advertising and sponsorship solutions to healthcare, pharmaceutical, nonprofit, and B2B organizations. Compensation

This is a commission-only position designed to reward producers generously:

  • Generous uncapped commissions on all advertising, sponsorship, and partnership revenue you generate.
  • Residual commissions on recurring agreements, renewals, and long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with new advertisers, sponsors, and strategic partners.
  • Run outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, networking events, conferences, and referrals.
  • Present customized advertising and sponsorship solutions and deliver compelling proposals.
  • Negotiate agreements and close advertising and sponsorship deals.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Grow accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Partner with marketing, editorial, and executive leadership to shape new revenue products and programs.

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Minimum of three (3) years of advertising sales experience.
  • A proven track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort with cold outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn, plus solid pipeline management.

Preferred

  • Experience in media, sponsorship, digital marketing, or B2B sales.
  • Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales.
  • Experience with CRM and email marketing tools.
