Mediix is looking for a dedicated Community Physiotherapist to join dynamic allied health team in Sydney Metro. This full-time, hybrid role presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within Chinese community in Sydney.

As a Community Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, treating, and rehabilitating patients in their homes and community settings. Your expertise will contribute to improving patient outcomes and enhancing their quality of life through tailored treatment plans and ongoing support. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about community health and proficient in both Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments in community settings
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation and wellness
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
• Participate in community health initiatives and programs
• Stay updated on best practices and advancements in physiotherapy

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Physiotherapy
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of current physiotherapy practices and techniques
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care
• Registered with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia
