🔑 Role Overview
You will act as a strategic HR partner to leadership, driving HR initiatives aligned with business objectives while managing end-to-end HR operations.
📋 Key Requirements
• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory
• Preferably an immediate joiner
• 10–13 years of relevant HR experience
• Experience reporting to senior leadership/directors
• Knowledge of GreytHR is an added advantage
🛠 Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end HR operations aligned with business goals
• Partner with leadership on HR strategies and workforce planning
• Manage recruitment and manpower planning
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Design and manage performance and appraisal systems
• Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits coordination
• Ensure labor law and statutory compliance
• Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
• Maintain HR data, MIS reports, and confidentiality
