Salary Range: $130,000 – $185,000

The Role
The firm, located in Denver’s Tech Center, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of
litigation experience, ideally within commercial, construction, or insurance-related litigation.
Key Responsibilities
 Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims
 Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith
matters
 Take and defend depositions
 Draft motions
 Attend court hearings in state and federal courts
 Conduct legal research and prepare written analysis
 Provide pre-litigation evaluations and client recommendations
Required Qualifications
 Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
 Local Candidate’s only
 Active Colorado law license
 3+ years of litigation experience
 Experience in construction matters, commercial litigation, or insurance-related litigation
preferred
 Strong research and writing skills
 Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload
 Comfortable using legal technology
