• Onsite support for normal business hours, M-F, 08:00 to 17:00 local time.  They must have previous experience working in a Data Center environment and experience working with GPU Servers.
• We need 2 technician- One for our Atlanta, GA location and One for our Suwanee, GA location.

Required Background and Skills

• Understanding of HPE GPU servers and both internal and external server components and how to handle/replace them (CPU, GPU, DIMM, motherboard, etc)
• Able to identify different types of optics (SMF/MMF, DAC, QSFP, MTP, 100/400/800G) and how to clean them or run new connections
• General HW installations, general understanding of server/network/storage, troubleshooting, routine maintenance
• Using a crash cart and understanding server POST process
• Understanding of power balancing between phases and redundant feeds on PDUs
• Keeping an up to date and accurate audit of all components or spares used, with quantities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable following written instructions
