We are looking for a Healthy Planet Analyst with EPIC Healthy Planet Certification to support population health initiatives through system configuration, analytics, and operational support. This role focuses on optimizing EPIC Healthy Planet to improve patient outcomes and enable data-driven care management.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support EPIC Healthy Planet modules, registries, and dashboards
• Analyze population health data to identify care gaps and trends
• Develop reports and monitor KPIs for quality and performance
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and testing
• Troubleshoot issues and provide L2/L3 user support
• Ensure data accuracy and integration across healthcare systems

Required Skills

• EPIC Healthy Planet Certification (mandatory)
• Experience with EPIC systems and population health workflows
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills (SQL preferred)
• Knowledge of healthcare data and care management processes

Preferred Skills

• Experience with value-based care (HEDIS, ACO)
• Familiarity with HL7/FHIR and data integration

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of EPIC / healthcare IT experience
