Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Fivetran connectors to streamline data integration processes
- Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions
- Monitor and maintain existing data pipelines for optimal performance
- Provide troubleshooting support and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Conduct data quality assessments and recommend improvements
- Train client teams on best practices for using Fivetran
- Document processes and create user guides for data management
- Stay updated on Fivetran features and advancements in data integration technology
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data integration or ETL processes
- Proficiency in Fivetran and experience with data connectors
- Strong understanding of database management and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in a remote environment and managing client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
