Job title: Inside Sales Representative (Industrial Parts) ( Hybrid )

Location: LaGrange, GA

 

Inside Sales Representative
Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days at home
$55k-$60k base with a target annual team bonus of up to 25%
Recent college grad with some work experience OR someone with experience in industrial parts.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate activities between customer accounts, regional sales, service representatives, and internal departments.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs and provide solutions.
  • Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries to drive order conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to support customer needs.
  • Generate sales orders for aftermarket parts in coordination with outside sales.
  • Maintain and update CRM database for assigned accounts.
  • Prepare cost estimates and follow up on pricing requests.
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and adjustments in a timely manner.
  • Assist in resolving accounts receivable issues.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

 

Experience you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field (industrial parts preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building ability.
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
