Inside Sales Representative
Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days at home
$55k-$60k base with a target annual team bonus of up to 25%
Recent college grad with some work experience OR someone with experience in industrial parts.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate activities between customer accounts, regional sales, service representatives, and internal departments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs and provide solutions.
- Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries to drive order conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Develop strong product knowledge to support customer needs.
- Generate sales orders for aftermarket parts in coordination with outside sales.
- Maintain and update CRM database for assigned accounts.
- Prepare cost estimates and follow up on pricing requests.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and adjustments in a timely manner.
- Assist in resolving accounts receivable issues.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Experience you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field (industrial parts preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building ability.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
