Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into scalable, data-driven planning processes for demand-driven organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end implementations of Kinaxis RapidResponse, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support
• Design, configure, and customize RapidResponse solutions across modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain challenges and translate them into system solutions
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and scenario simulations to support real-time decision-making
• Integrate RapidResponse with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP platforms) ensuring accurate and timely data flow

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse in demand-driven environments
• Proven experience with at least 2 full lifecycle (end-to-end) implementations, including design and configuration
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts (forecasting, supply planning, inventory management)
• Experience working with data integration and enterprise systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integration with Kinaxis
• Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industries
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies
