Key Responsibilities
 Review work orders with service advisors
 Perform inspections and diagnostics
 Estimate labor and parts
 Complete repairs across major systems
 Install parts and components
 Document findings clearly

Required Qualifications
 5–10 years experience (3–4 years considered)
 Experience with domestic, Asian, and German vehicles
 Strong electrical diagnostic ability (5–8+/10)
 Experience with Identifix
 Own tools (must provide value)
 Valid driver’s license
 Experience with shop equipment
