Min 12 years exp 

• Experience: 8+ years of experience with IBM Maximo (6.x, 7.x, or Application Suite).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Java, XML, and BIRT reporting.
• Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of EAM processes and industry best practices.
• Communication: Ability to facilitate workshops and create technical documentation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
• mplementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end configuration of Maximo modules (Asset, Work Management, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory).
• Technical Customization: Develop and maintain Automation Scripts, Java customizations, MBO extensions, and BIRT reports.
• Solution Design & Strategy: Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and design workflows, conditional expressions, and escalations.
• Integration: Configure the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), API (REST), and external system integrations (ERP, GIS, IoT).
• Data Migration & Admin: Perform data migration/cleansing, and manage security settings (users, groups, sites).
