Responsibilities

• Assist clients with the Medicaid enrollment process
• Gather and verify required documentation for eligibility

• Respond to client inquiries regarding Medicaid services

Requirements

• Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of Medicaid enrollment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in healthcare or staffing/recruiting is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
