Detailed Job Description:
At least 8 years of experience in software development life cycle
4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects as Functional resource
Experience on Redwood architecture and Visual Builder
Work experience in implementing and configuring Core HR, ORC, Talent and compensation management
End to end ownership of Oracle Cloud HR modules ? Requirement Gathering, Configuring, testing, UAT and production deployment
Experience with Security, AutoComplete Rules, Approval WorkFlow , and working knowledge on HDL, Extracts and Reports
Solution Design, POC, Troubleshooting issues
