Salary:$235,000 - $420,000/year

What You Will Be Doing

• Support and lead patent litigation cases
• Assist in trial preparation and execution
• Participate in Markman hearings (claim construction)
• Conduct technical analysis of patents & products
• Manage discovery (documents, strategy, review)
• Work closely with expert witnesses
• Conduct & defend depositions
• Draft:
  • Pleadings
  • Motions
  • Legal briefs

Experience You Will Need

• 2+ years patent litigation experience
• JD or LLM from ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed in one of:
  • California
  • Massachusetts
  • New York
  • Washington, DC
• Experience in:
  • District Court and/or ITC litigation
• Background in:
  • Tech (EE/CS) OR
  • Life Sciences (Biology, Biochem, Immunology)
• Strong writing, communication, and organization skills

Nice-to-Have:

• ITC (International Trade Commission) experience
• First-chair or strong trial exposure
• Experience working with expert witnesses
• Ability to handle complex, high-stakes cases
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
