We are looking for a seasoned Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to drive the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Pega solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Pega architecture, AI-driven decisioning, and scalable system design. The ideal candidate will lead technical strategy, ensure adherence to best practices, and guide teams in building high-performing applications in an Agile setup.

 

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

  • Lead end-to-end architecture for Pega applications ensuring scalability and performance
  • Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and guardrails
  • Design robust case management and integration solutions
  • Act as the primary technical authority for design decisions

AI & Decisioning Capabilities

  • Drive implementation of Pega AI, decisioning frameworks, and Next-Best-Action strategies
  • Identify opportunities for intelligent automation and optimization
  • Improve system performance through tuning and optimization strategies

Integration & Data Management

  • Design integrations using REST and SOAP services
  • Oversee database design and optimization using Oracle and SQL
  • Ensure secure and scalable data interactions across systems
  • Guide teams on data modeling and caching strategies

Technical Leadership

  • Mentor developers and technical leads across the program
  • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business and QA
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of critical production issues

Agile Delivery

  • Lead technical execution in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Participate in sprint planning, releases, and delivery tracking
  • Manage technical dependencies and progress using Jira

Quality & Automation

  • Support API testing using Postman
  • Promote automation using tools like MABL
  • Define non-functional requirements and quality benchmarks
  • Align solutions with CI/CD and automated testing practices

 

Required Skills & Experience (Must Have)

  • Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform (PRPC) architecture and design
  • Experience with Pega AI, Decisioning, and Next-Best-Action frameworks
  • Solid expertise in REST/SOAP integrations
  • Strong database skills with Oracle and SQL
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
  • Exposure to QA automation tools like MABL
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong knowledge of Jira for tracking and delivery

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Insurance or Financial Services domain
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Prior experience leading enterprise-scale transformations
