Job title: Personal Injury Attorney

Location:Los Angeles, CA

Salary:$125,000 - $180,000/year

What you will be doing:

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial
• Develop case strategies and negotiate settlements
• Conduct legal research, drafting, discovery, and motion practice
• Handle depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
• Advocate for clients in court proceedings and negotiations

Experience you will need:

• Minimum 7+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Experience handling cases involving: Bicycle accidents, Bus accidents, Car accidents, Defective products, Electric scooter accidents, Motorcycle accidents, Pedestrian accidents, Premises liability, Rideshare accidents, Truck accidents, Workers' compensation
• Strong knowledge of personal injury laws and litigation processes
• Ability to manage cases independently
• Excellent negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills
• Proven track record of achieving successful case outcomes
