- Minimum 3 full SAP FSM implementation project life cycles with proven expertise in managing configurations, customizations, and deployment for SAP FSM solutions.
- Strong experience supporting SAP FSM in production environments, handling incident resolution, change requests, and user enablement.
- Proficient in designing and implementing FSM processes and complex customizations, including integration with third-party systems (e.g., SAP ERP, Proaxia Vehicle Sales/Service, and other connected platforms).
- Hands-on experience with FSM extensibility: custom fields, business rules, screen configurations, APIs, and POCs for tailored business requirements.
- Solid background in FSM-related technical development (SAP BTP, REST APIs, and cloud solutions), preferably with SAP EAM or S/4HANA integration.
- Experience preparing functional and technical specifications, conducting user training, and supporting cutover activities.
- Familiarity with Proaxia solutions for FSM (integration scenarios, vehicle sales/service, and automotive business processes) is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective in collaborating with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, or mobile FSM apps would be an added advantage.
